The Total-Care Program includes the Dental and Vision Program, Multi-Care Program, and also access to medical savings. The program provides savings on medical services such as routine office visits and ancillary services, including lab work and imaging centers, by accessing participating PHCS providers, the largest network in the nation.The plan also features hospital access at Three River Provider Network facilities.
