- Increased coverage for procedures such as fluoride treatments, filings, and root canals and most preventive services covered at 100%
- Increased maximum amounts that the plan will pay annually: $1,000 in year 1, $1,250 in year 2, and $1,500 in years 3+
- One-time deductible for as long as you stay on the plan: $150 per person up to $450 for a family
- No copayments for office visits
- No exclusions for pre-existing conditions
- Specialty care and some cosmetic procedures covered at a discount
